Terms of service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Pejd, provided by Moen & Co AS, Norway (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Pejd reads a public storefront you point us at, builds a brand profile and product catalogue from it, generates advertising creative and copy, and — at your instruction — publishes approved ads to your own Meta ad account. Published ads are always created paused. We never start spending your advertising budget; only you do that, in Meta Ads Manager.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and act for a business. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per login.
3. Your content and your rights to it
You keep all rights to your brand, products, photography and anything you upload. You grant us the licence we need to run the service on your behalf: to fetch your public storefront, process your content through the subprocessors listed in the privacy notice, and store the results for you.
You own the ad creative Pejd generates for you and may use it however you like, including after you stop being a customer. You are responsible for making sure that what you publish is accurate, is legal where you publish it, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
4. What you may not do
- Point us at a site you do not own or are not authorised to advertise.
- Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Advertise products that Meta’s advertising policies prohibit.
- Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
- Attempt to reach data belonging to another customer.
5. Credits and payment
The service runs on credits. New accounts receive a starter grant. One credit is charged per generated ad that succeeds; a generation that fails is never charged, and deriving extra formats from an ad you approved is free. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable once spent.
Paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, prices, billing terms and taxes will be stated at checkout, and these terms will be updated before anyone is charged.
6. AI output
Creative and copy are generated by machine learning models. Output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable — that is why nothing publishes without your approval, and why everything publishes paused. Review before you run. We make no promise that generated output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular campaign.
7. Third-party services
Meta, Stripe and the other providers we use have their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, including a Meta ad review rejection or an account restriction.
8. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not offer a service-level agreement at this stage. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything that materially reduces what you paid for.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy notice.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost advertising spend, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
12. Law and venue
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
